INVITATION TO TENDER
Khorasan Petrochemical Company (KHPC) is planning to sell Granular Urea product in spot form
interested reputable companies active in Urea market. Therefore, we would like to invite you to submit your
most competitive proposal based on below conditions not later than 08:00 on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, А.М.
Tehran time.
Product: Granular Urea
Supplier: Khorasan Petrochemical Company (KHPC), IRAN
Quantity: 30,000 ±10% (seller's option)
Delivery time: Prompt
Delivery :FOB Asaluyeh, Iran - loading from Pardis Petrochemical Co.
Partial Shipment: Not Allowed
Packing: bulk
At least 8000 Mt.day PWWD TFHEX EIU
VASSEL LOADING RATE:
Payment terms: Cash in advance (in 2 parts, the first 30% within 4 working days after our
Currency of payment
USD (Exchangeable to Yuan) to be paid in the designated account by
supplier (conversion rate to be daily exchange rate or the prevailing market
rate at the time of PI issuance).

A: KHPC reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.

C: The balance payment must be made before loading and within the loading days, the cargo will be released
when KHPC confirms the receipt of the whole payment.
D: Please note that offers received through any E-mail address(s) other than tender@khpc.ir shall remain
unacceptable and hence considered as null and void.

E: If the winner fails to fulfill his commitments under this tender, KHPC will reserve the right to not sell any products
to this company for the next 3-6 months.
F: Bids should be valid up to one week after tender closing date.
G: For any other information, marketing@khpc.ir would be at your disposal.
H: All bidders are requested to submit their company profile with regards to bulk trade in petrochemical
agricultural sector along with the bid form.

I: The seller will cooperate in securing a vessel and the related permission to traverse the Strait of Hormuz.
