TENDER INVITATION FOR Thai Rice (Thai Hom Mali rice &Thai white rice 100% grade B), Purchasing
committee session DD May 13, 2026
GOOD DAY
You are hereby invited to submit your most competitive offer for 2*30000 MTs with 10 PCT more or
less Thai Rice (Thai Hom Mali rice &Thai white rice 100% grade B), on the basis of CFR southern Iranian
ports (or substitute shipping method) with the following terms:
Quantity: 30000 MTs with 10 PCT more or less Thai white rice 100% grade B&
30000 MTs with 10 PCT more or less Thai Hom Mali rice
Packing: please provide us with the price separately for each above variety of rice for below
modes of packing (negotiable)
1) In 10 kg net BOPP or PP Bags (with handles), every 100 bags to be packed in a Jambo bag
2) In 20 kg net polypropylene bags, every 50 bags to be packed in a Jambo bag
Marking will be informed accordingly
Delivery time: within three months after agreement
Acceptable P/I by the seller should be submitted within 7 days from the date of agreement.
The seller should allow discharging the cargo and issue delivery release order upon arrival of the
vessel at discharging port.
payment will be effected within after discharging the vessel and release order date
Quality should be approved by Iran standard organization and Ministry of Health of Islamic
republic of Iran (IFDA) at destination (seller's responsibility).
Price to be submitted based on CFR BIK/Bushehr ports. For discharging at B.Abbass, Euro 0.75
and for discharging at Chabahar port Euro1.5 will be deducted from freight rate.
Inspection will be done by an inspection company nominated by the buyer at loading port and
loading time
Quality specifications are attached.
DNA testing of imported Hom Mali rice will be conducted based on sampling by the introduced
inspection company at the port of discharge in the presence of GTC and seller representatives.
Remaining terms as per GTC Terms & Conditions and IFDA and Iran standard rules and regulations and
attached specification.
