Tender invitation for milling wheat - Purchasing committee session DD May 13, 2026
Dear sir.madam,
You are hereby invited to submit your most competitive offers (in EUR) for milling wheat with following
terms:
A)
Quantity: 3*60,000 MTS with 10 PCT more or less
Delivery time: within three months after agreement
*Discharging ports: South Iranian Ports.North Iranian ports
For South Iranian Ports, Price to be submitted based on CFR BIK.Bushahr port. For discharging at
B.Abbass, Euro 0.75 and for discharging at Chabahar port Euro1.5 will be deducted from freight rate.
* The seller should allow discharging the cargo and issue delivery release order upon arrival of the vessel
or at discharging port.
* Payment will be effected within three months after discharging the vessel and release order
For south Iranian ports; payment will be via Halk bank Turkey
B)
* Quantity: 2*30,000 MTS with 10 PCT more or less
* Delivery time: within three months after agreement
* Discharging point: Mashhad Shahid Ravaghi silo.Neyshabour (on the basis of CPT) by railway
Astara Silo (on the basis of CPT) by railway
* The seller should allow discharging the cargo and issue delivery release order upon arrival of the cargo
at destination.
* Payment will be effected within three months after discharging the vessel and release order date
* Quality specifications are attached.
Quality should be approved by Iran standard organization and IFDA (Iran food and drug
administration) at destination. (seller's responsibility)
* Origin of the cargo should be specified.
* Other terms as per GTC Terms & Conditions.
