We would like be inform you that PCI will be ready for providing QTY 8.000-10.000 MT Ammonium Nitrate Dense grade for may . 2018 so please let us your offer with based on the following cnditions:
1. Quantity: 8.000-10.000 mt at PCI's option
2. Quality : as per attached data sheet
3. shipment: last week of may . 2018
4. Delivery term : FOB bandar Abbas/ Iran
5.Partial Shipment:not allowed.
6. payment term: by cash in advance , 20% as down- payment and 80% before vessel completion.
7. bid bond : all articipants should be provided us 5% from the total of rials amount by the cheque without any mentioned date , payable to sanaye shimiyaee parchin صنایع شیمیایی پارچین
1.5% from the total rials amount by cash pci s account number
note: the above mentioned cheque should send ws befor the closing date to the below address pci, special parchin street, 35 th kilometers khavaran road, tehran., i.r. iran.
8. Overtime stevedoring charges (Outside working hours, nights & holidays) on the buyer accoun
9. Packing: In jumbo bags 1000±50 net weight each OR In break bulk
10. closing date of this tender: 18may .2018, before 12:00 pm. tehran time

1. PCI reserves the right to reject any offer without stating any reason and also guaranteed loading rate as per below
Guaranteed loading rate: 1.300 - 1.500 MT Bulk/ P.W.W.D.T.F.H.EX.I.U
Per weather working day Thursday, Friday and holidays, excluded even if used
Guaranteed loading rate: 1.000-1.200 MT jumbo bags/ P.W.W.D.T.F.H.EX.I.U

2. 2Buyer shall nominate suitable bulk carrier twin in Decker vessel and vessel should be confirmed by the loading master
