Quantity: 10-20 KT+/-10% at sellers option --Propane 30% / Butane 70%
Note: In the event that the applicants request for loading ratios deviates from the seller declared ratio,it will subject to review.
Delivery Term: FOB Kharg Island October 2023
Shipment Time: OCTOBER 2023
Payment Terms: 10% by CASH in ADVANCE 2 days after issuance of PI and 90% remained before vessel berthing in USD/EUR or AED to a nominated account out of Iran.
NOTE: if sales committee decide to make any changes on payment terms, it can be applied to above terms.
Loading Port Inspection: Kharg Island
Vessels particular: Acceptable DWT: 7,000-44,000 MT
Max Acceptable Sailing Draft: 11.2 m
Acceptable LOA: 110-200 m
Pressurized vessels are not acceptable. Full refrigerated and Semi refrigerated shall be confirmed by KPC.
Guaranteed Loading Rate: 200 MT/HR
Price Formula: Based on PlattsLPGaswire (FOB)
Price Formula = CP Loading Month +/-α
CP: Saudi Aramco Contract Price mentioned under heading AG: Refrigerated published by Platts LPGaswire in the month of loading. a = To be proposed by Bidder.
Vessel Nomination: The details of the vessel, including its specification and loading schedule must be submitted together with the proposal. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the offer. (Form C and QS8 should be attached)
Note: The Nominated Vessel shall be confirmed by the seller
Tender Validity Notes: This Tender will be valid by End of Tuesday 26-09-2023, offers received after the due time would be discarded. Your proposal shall remain valid by end of Friday 29-09-2023
NOTES: Offers with incomplete information will not be deemed eligible for consideration.
Participants shall complete the company registration in KPC sales system through following link: https://khargpetrochemical.ir/index.aspx?&siteid=2&pageid=260 KPC reserves the right to scrap the tender with no reasoning.
KPC reserves the right to accept or reject the offers provided by bidders
Week is defined to run from Monday to Sunday.
Companies that win the tender and fail to execute the cargo loading will incur a penalty amounting to 1% of the contract value.
