PAKISTAN EMBASSY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL & COLLEGE, TEHRAN
TENDER NOTICE
SCHOOL BUILDING REQUIRED FOR RENT
Pakistan Embassy International School and College, Tehran, Invites tenders for renting a School building as per details given below:
i) A school building (on rent) of total area preferably 3500 m2 with 40 rooms (offices, library, labs, art, and conference rooms, etc.) elevators and a courtyard.
ii) Sealed tenders for rental properties as per requirements must reach the administration office within 15 days after the date of publication of advertisement to the address below. Bids will be opened on the 22nd day of publication of advertisement in the Embassy of Pakistan, Tehran or the date announced by the Embassy of Pakistan, Tehran in the presence of bidder/their representatives.
iii). To obtain the tender form and conditions/list of requirements please send your request to Pakistan Embassy International School and College at e-mail address: eoptehran@gmail.com.
iv) Tenders can be submitted with company's covering letter only in person at Pakistan Embassy International School and College, Tehran, 314 Dastgardi Street (Zafar), Africa Blvd. Tehran, during working hours/days - Sunday to Thursday 10 am to 1 pm, Tel: 021 88877447.
v) Submission through any other means (e-mail, fax or post) will not be considered.
vi) The bids with desired quality of infrastructure and cost effectiveness will be honored.
vii) Incomplete and conditional tenders will not be entertained and would not be liable to be challenged.
viii) Pakistan Embassy International School and College, Tehran, reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders or a part thereof at any time prior to the acceptance of the tender.
