QUANTITY: 80-100 KT+/-10%/Overally 45% P:55%B but The Loading ratio may vary in each shipment, in accordance with the inventory
DELIVERY TERM: FOB Khary Island
CONPACT PERIOD: 6 Months
Note: The duration and quantity can be extended for another 6 Months at Seller's option.
first shipment: During July 2024 with loading ratio 50:50
cargo size: 20KT each Month
payment terms: 10% total amount by CASH in ADVANCE 2 days after issuance of Pl and 90% before vessel berthing in USD or Euro or AED to a nominated account out of Iran.
NOTE 1: if sales committee decided to make any changes on payment terms, it can be applied to above terms.
NOTE 2: For contract guarantee/performance, winner should pat 1M USD in cash or Bank Coorporate Guarantee.
loading port: Kharg Island
inspection: The Seller's appoint his own inspector (IEI) at load port. Buyer has the right to assign any other Inspector at his own costs and
expenses.
vessels particular: Acceptable DWT: 7,000-44,000 MT Max Acceptable Sailing Draft: 11.2 m
Acceptable LOA: 110-200 m
Pressurized vessels are not acceptable. Full refrigerated and Semi refrigerated shall be confirmed by KPC.

price formula: Based on Platts LPGarwire (FOB)
Price Formula for shipment in FIRST half month: CPLOADING MOΝΤΗ +/-α Price Formula for shipment in SECOND half month: CP NEXT MONΤΗ +/-α
CP: Saudi Aramco Contract Price mentioned under heading AG: Refrigerated published by Platts LPG as wire in the month of loading.

vessel nomination: The Vessel Particulars and Loading Laycan shall be provided along with proposals (Form C should be attached)
tender validity: This Tender will be valid till 10 AM Tehran Time on Monday 01-07-2024, offers received after the due time would be discarded.
Your proposal shall remain valid until getting board approval.
notes:
• Offers with incomplete information will not be deemed eligible for consideration.

• KPC reserves the right to scrap the tender with no reasoning.
