  شرح آگهی: Ammonia International Sales Tender Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Industries Co (MIS), hereinafter referred to as seller is going to sell a certain amount of Ammonia through international sales tender as per attachment. Hence, you are kindly invited to submit your best and competitive counterbid at a fixed price utmost 01th July 2024 at 13:00 (IRST) to the following email address: commercial@mispcc.com Please submit your counterbid as the bellow format: * The counterbids for prepayment less than 30% will not be considered. It should be mentioned that the base price is calculated to Persian gulf price minus the transportation costs (55$) Notes: • Performance Guarantee Prior to issuance of 'PI' by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 5% of his/her total offer amount (total offer amount offered price* total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in USD/Euro/AED within at most 48 hours from notification to buyer to MIS' Trustee Company' office in UAE or Turkey. -If payment is not settled within the specified time span, MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and deposit money will not be paid back. -If the tender cancel by MIS with any reason, the deposit money must be refunded. -MIS reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason. Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender invitation will not be considered.
