Granular Urea International Sales Tender
Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Industries Co (MIS), hereinafter referred to as seller is going to sell a certain amount of Granular Urea Fertilizer through international sales tender as per attachment. Hence, you are kindly invited to submit your best and competitive counterbid at a fixed price utmost 09th January, 2024 at 13:00 (IRST) to the following email address: commercial@mispcc.com Please submit your counterbid as the bellow format:

* The counterbids for prepayment less than 50% will not be considered.
Notes:
• Performance Guarantee
Prior to issuance of 'PI' by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD S 2% of his/her total offer amount (total offer amount offered price total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in USD/Euro/AED within at most 24 hours from notification to buyer to MIS' Trustee Company' office in UAE or Turkey.
(Pleas pay attention: this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
-If payment is not settled within the specified time span, MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and deposit money will not be paid back.
-MIS reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.
Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender invitation will not be considered.
We have carefully gone through the terms and conditions of the tender and hereby agree to abide by the same without any deviations of mentioned conditions.
