Performance Guarantee
-Prior to issuance of 'PI by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 2% of his/her total offer amount tatal offer amoum offered prive USD/Euro AED within at most 24 total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in hours from notification to buyer to MIS office in UAE or Turkey. (Pleas pay attention: this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
If payment is not settled within the specified time span. MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and
deposit money will not be paid back.
-MIS reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.
- Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender invitation will not be considered.
